We’ve gone the extra mile to ensure our carbon wheels, rims, and hubs are built to the highest standards. We are confident in their quality and offer a lifetime warranty. Any manufacturing defects or flaws are fully covered under this warranty.

If damage occurs due to normal wear and tear or a crash, don’t worry—your first replacement is free. After the first replacement, we offer 50% off all future replacements.

This warranty applies to original owners who purchase their wheels, rims, or hubs directly from us or from an Authorized Dealer.

Crash Replacement

We know that crashes are part of riding—but we’ve got you covered.

All of our wheels, rims, and hubs are included in our First One On Us program. Whether you clip a tree during an enduro race or land short on a jump at the bike park, your first replacement is free, no questions asked.

After the first replacement, all future replacements are available at 50% off. This program is valid for the lifetime of the rim and is available only to the original owner.

Please note: The First One On Us program applies only to full-price products. For discounted items, crash replacements are offered at 50% off.
