  • How does the Lifetime Warranty work?

All of our wheelsets and rims are protected by our life time manufacturer warranty. This means that any failures or defects due to materials and workmanship will be covered under this warranty. This warranty applies to the original owner only.

Damages not covered by our warranty will be covered by our First One On Us crash replacement program.

For a hub specific warranty issue you would want to work with the hub manufacturer for warranty assistance.

  • How does the Crash Replacement program work?

All of our wheels are covered by our First One On Us program. Whether you clip a tree during your enduro race or land short on a double at a bike park. We give you the first replacement for free, no questions asked.

After your first replacement, we will give you a 50% off discount on all your future replacements.

  • Should I choose brass or aluminum nipples?

    Brass Nipples:

If you prioritize longevity, reliability, and corrosion resistance.
Ideal for heavy riders, aggressive terrain, and extreme weather conditions.

    - Stronger and more durable.
    - Naturally resistant to corrosion, making them ideal for all-weather or coastal riding conditions.
    - Heavier than aluminum. Typically weigh about 1 gram each.
    - Easier to adjust and less likely to seize on spokes, even after long-term use.

    Aluminum Nipples:

If you want to save weight and are willing to maintain the wheels more carefully.
Best for cross-country, trail riding, or racing where every gram counts.

    - Lightweight, often half the weight of brass (around 0.5 grams each).
    - Less durable and can corrode or seize over time, especially if not properly maintained.
    - Requires careful handling during wheel builds and regular maintenance to prevent corrosion or breakage.

For rugged or all-weather use, brass nipples are the safer and more reliable choice. If you're optimizing for lightweight performance and ride in less harsh conditions, aluminum nipples can be a good option.

  • Is there a weight limit for my wheels?

Our wheels do not have rider weight limits.

  • Can individual front or rear wheels be purchased separately?

Yes, click our "Build Single" option in the Shop menu to build and purchase a individual wheel!
